Comfortable accomodation with nice staff and near to the beach.

The staff was very nice and always tried to help fast. The location was calm, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable.

I tried to contact them BEFORE my trip trough Booking and directly to the reception in the app but they never answered.

I think worth the money for the location.

The location is near the beaches and right at the main streets. Close to near bars and restaurants. It was a neat apartment with a lots of space and closets. The staff and workers and cleaning people were very nice and helpful. They really tried to do the best job they could. Comfy bed and hot shower. Kitchenette was very important for me to have to make my smoothies and celery.

The place seems clean but in cleanliness was not there. The TV, shower drainage and Fridge were all not working. The kitchen had no knifes. However the staff did the best they could the next day to fix the TV and Shower and on 2nd day changed the fridge for working one. You just need to be patient and firm with them and then they go over the moon.

Pleasant

I liked that the living room was spacious , AC worked good , kitchen had everything we needed. Hospitality was nice when exchanging towels, shampoo, etc.

We could not figure out how to turn on TV in bedroom, channels on TV in living room did not work and kept saying call for assistance, bathroom was not as expected and dirty, safe buttons broke night before our flight and there was no one in the office to help us. Living room could use more decorations (just a suggestion )

I’d do alittle more research next time

we liked the kitchen and closets. They were working in the landscaping the whole time. which is somewhat annoying but it looked great when they were done.

we received 3 total rolls of bathroom tissue. including the one on the holder. we had to buy our own. we stayed 6 nights and never got our sheets changed. I had asked once. The tv wouldn’t work, I messaged several times and finally a guy came and said the whole place is out. it came in the next day but then the remote wouldn’t change the channel. I asked and received new batteries. It still wouldn’t change the channel. When we did occasionally see someone around, they were very nice. The whole place needs upgrading, windows and blinds need replaced or at the very least cleaned.

It was a good experience! Nice place to stay for vacations.

Location was great, close to the beach and shopping!! About the hotel, I stayed at the property on 77th street, very nice!! Apartment size very comfortable, small terrace at the front was perfect to spend some time outside.

My request about bed type was not fulfilled.

the room was so dirty, and the kitchen as well. The bathtub had hairs in it and a lot of dirt in the windows. The last day of my stay the AC broke and no one came to help out.

Good

It was spacious, and had a kitchen that was fully stocked with everything you needed. Location was right across from the beach.

The shower had no hot water, an it only turned on when you tired on the sink. The kitchen needed to be clean it had roach droppings and baby eggs. If guest come to cook they should really make sure the kitchen is really clean.

Nice but I would have looked further and found a building not on a busy street.

Good location a short walk from a good choice of grocery/liquor/drug stores, cafes and restaurants. Also very close to the beach and bike path.

There's some confusion as to which of three buildings you stay in - choices are not presented and you find out where upon arrival. If I had a choice, I would have stayed in the building on Collins Ave. Also photos show a pool when only one building has a pool, albeit very small and next to a busy street. In fact, all buildings are situated on very busy streets so a little noisy all the time.

A little run down and didn't feel very clean, but overall GREAT value!

Great location, great property/landscape. This hotel was in a vintage apartment complex - very cute - and jsut a couple blocks from the beach.

The design was modern and cute, but the furnishings are a little dingy and low quality. The room/bathroom had clearly not been cleaned either - hair on the floor, toothpaste in the sink, dingy surfaces. Linens appeared clean,

While conveniently located, this sweet did not feel relaxing or like a vacation, it was disappointin

The location was wonderful, steps away from the beach, quiet and easy to get to.

The suite felt incredibly incomplete. It felt like someone had moved in yesterday and forgotten lots of basics. There were no kitchen towels, no trash bags in the trash, no dish soap, no cutting board. The lighting was particularly bad. There was one standing lamp in the living room in a corner, and what was there was very harsh. It felt dark and dingy. There was no art on the walls, no mirror in the bedroom. No plug for the bathtub. In the entire apartment there were just two chairs. Miami was so magical and it always felt like a letdown to come back to this suite.

Only minutes walking from the beach. Great spots for breakfast close by with delicious pastries. Pretty central, not far from South Beach, Surfside, and BalHarbor. The hotel is apartment style with a bedroom, living room, and full kitchen. Looks like it has been upgraded.

Definitely could have been cleaner. Hair all over the bathroom. Dishes needed to be washed. Bring your own soap, the quality of the soap provided is not great.
